Greatstone Primary School

On Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd September classes 6, 7, 8 and 10 visited Greatstone's sound mirrors.
These massive concrete acoustic mirrors (or 'listening ears') lining the southeast coast of England were built between the world wars to monitor the skies for the sounds of airborne invasion.
