Teaching Assistant - Full Time
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in our school with our children who require 1:1 support. The position is for 30 hours per week 39 weeks a year (term time).
We are a happy school with a big heart in coastal Greatstone next to our beautiful beach.
Do you enjoy the thrill of helping children learn within a fun and caring team?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented TA to support our children within KS1/KS2. The applicant will need to have relevant qualifications and current experience of working within a school.

passionate about securing positive outcomes for children?
highly motivated, organised and flexible in the way you work to best meet children's needs?
an effective communicator, highly skilled in building positive relationships with children, parents and professionals?
a strong advocate of support for children with SEND needs to achieve their best outcomes through inclusive practice?

As Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Greatstone Primary School & Nursery, inspiring pupils and staff alike. You will work closely with the Governing Body and the wider federation leadership team to provide strong strategic direction and ensure that the school continues to develop and thrive.

Has experience of improving teaching and learning through coaching, professional development and effective performance management
Has a secure understanding of the EYFS and primary curriculum and a commitment to providing a broad and ambitious curriculum for all pupils
Demonstrates strong knowledge and leadership of safeguarding, ensuring that pupils are safe, supported and able to thrive
Has a deep commitment to inclusion, with an understanding of SEND, SEMH and the importance of nurturing environments
Can use assessment and data intelligently to inform strategic planning and drive improvement
Has the organisational and operational skills to manage staffing, resources and school priorities effectively
Can build positive and trusting relationships with families, governors and external partners
